These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and the respective company authorized for operating SOLX, its website (https://solx.com), mobile apps, bots, or any related interface (“SOLX”).

By accessing or using SOLX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use SOLX.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

1. General Information

1.1. SOLX is a non-custodial interface designed to interact with the Solana blockchain and compatible third-party decentralized applications (dApps) within the Telegram messenger incorporated through the Telegram Public API.

1.2. SOLX is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Telegram.

1.3. SOLX does not host wallets, hold private keys, store funds, or conduct transactions on your behalf. All actions are performed by you through third-party protocols.

2. Disclaimer

2.1. SOLX does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or custodial services.

2.2. SOLX does not facilitate or execute any trades or token exchanges. Token swap functionality, if accessed, is made available solely through integrated third-party protocols. SOLX disclaims all liability in relation to such services.

2.3. SOLX does not issue, list, promote, or endorse any tokens or digital assets.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. You are solely responsible for your use of SOLX, including the safekeeping, security, and use of your private keys and wallet access credentials. Loss of your private keys or unauthorized access to your device may result in the irreversible loss of your assets, and SOLX shall not be held liable for any such loss.

3.2. You understand and accept the risks of interacting with blockchain networks and smart contracts. SOLX has no control over the operation, security, or performance of any such third-party protocols.

3.3. You agree not to use SOLX in any jurisdiction where its use would violate applicable laws or regulations.

3.4. Without limitation, you shall not use SOLX or any of its features to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights);
  • Engage in, facilitate, or promote any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activity;
  • Engage in any activity related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or the financing of illegal activities;
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of SOLX or any third-party protocols accessed via SOLX;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, networks, or data of SOLX or other users;
  • Use SOLX in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the interface or associated infrastructure;
  • Use automation, scraping, or data harvesting tools to interact with SOLX unless explicitly permitted;
  • Distribute viruses, malware, or any other technologies that may harm SOLX, its users, or its integrations.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions

4.1 Access to SOLX is not permitted for residents, nationals, or individuals located in restricted territories, including but not limited to: the United States, Canada, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and other jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions.

4.2. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any restricted territory.

5. No Warranties; Limitation Of Liability

5.1. SOLX is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLX disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

5.2. SOLX is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of SOLX or reliance on any part of its functionality.

5.3. You assume full responsibility for securing your access credentials and devices.

6. Third-Party Services

6.1. SOLX may provide access to third-party services, such as token swaps or dApps. These services are operated independently and are not under the control of SOLX.

6.2. SOLX does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party service accessed via SOLX.

6.3. Your interactions with any third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

7. Termination

7.1. These Terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use SOLX.

7.2. SOLX may suspend or terminate your access to SOLX at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9. Modifications

9.1. SOLX may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use SOLX after such changes, you accept the modified Terms.
