DISCLAIMERS & RISK WARNINGS
IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SOLX
By accessing or using SOLX, its website (https://solx.com), mobile apps, bots, or any related interface (collectively, “SOLX” or the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this Disclaimer, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree, do not use SOLX.
1. No Financial, Investment or Legal Advice
SOLX is a non-custodial technical interface that allows you to interact with public blockchain networks and third-party decentralised protocols.

You are solely responsible for evaluating your own objectives, risk appetite and legal obligations before using crypto-assets.
2. Crypto-Asset Risk Warning
In general, virtual and crypto-assets may lose their value in full or in part and are subject to extreme volatility.
You should not deal in virtual assets unless you understand the associated risks: the crypto- tokens, digital assets and any other blockchain-based systems are inherently high-risk, volatile and experimental. You should expect that:
- You may lose the entire value of any token or crypto-asset you send, receive, hold or swap.
- Prices can fluctuate dramatically and liquidity may disappear without notice.
- Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Mistakes (e.g. wrong address, wrong chain) are unrecoverable.
- Smart contracts, blockchain networks, bridges and wallets can fail, fork, be hacked or be exploited, resulting in permanent loss.
- No investor-protection scheme (e. g., deposit insurance or compensation fund) covers your crypto-assets.
- Tax treatment of crypto-assets is uncertain and may change. You are solely responsible for any reporting or tax obligations arising from your activities in your jurisdiction.
3. Non-Custodial & Technology Risks
- You control your private keys. SOLX never takes custody of, or control over, your funds. If you lose your keys or seed phrase, nobody can recover them.
- Network fees (gas) and blockchain congestion may prevent or delay transactions.
